Don’t you think that’s a dangerous idea? How will you define ‘religion’? Are you going to bring in the thought police?

Freedom of speech also means freedom to make untrue or untestable claims, no matter how ridiculous they sound. I draw the line at hate speech and inciting violence. The rest we have to combat with counter-arguments and, in some cases, even a good dose of ridicule.

makes me feel sad that this guy is in the 21st century and still carrying on like it’s the middle ages.
makes me mad he feels he has the right to stand there and dictate to other law abiding people.
makes me amazed he’s not being pelted with rotten fruit and laughed at until he crys and goes home to his small church and prays for the strength to come back another day.
makes me realise that the goal of getting these nutters to see the light of no god is literally generations away.
